I just received one of these drones. It flies well. Thanks to this video at 2:30 I finally figured out which smartphone app to download to record the video and take pictures. It came with two batteries and a controller and a drone and a camera and some spare parts.
The App is "TH FPV". I did not need the bar code. This drone has no memory so you will need a smartphone with memory to record the video/pictures (but not to control the drone – although you can use the app if you wish).
The drone can be controlled with the controller that comes with the drone or the smartphone via the App. You can use the app to simply record the video/pictures and control the drone with the controller.
    Download the App "TH FPV"
    Go to smartphone wifi settings
    Turn on the drone
The new wifi name that pops up should be your drone. Select it.
Exit settings and start the TH FPV app.
If all is well you will see video from your camera on your smartphone.

I have operated the drone but I did not have the App to record video so I do not know how that works yet. Will find out tomorrow – night time here now.

Gave it a thumbs up because I could not find the app setup sheet and you provided the name I needed so thanks!
Don't feel too bad about it not coming in a case. Mine did come in a nice little zipper case, but since it must be fully disassembled to fit in the zipper case not that convenient and kinda defeats the point of the portable case, and I had to pay $39.95 USD!
I also see that you did receive the promised 4 replacement props. Mine did not so if one breaks, it goes in the trash.
This is definitely what I consider a disposable drone at this point. Everything cheap plastic including camera so I suspect first serious crash and it's done. Too cheaply made to waste time and $ on repairs.
Go get in at least one day of fun before then.

Sorry but i am at a loss as to why you stated that we should watch this video before buying it from Wish, yet you have not shown anything that will enable viewers to make an informed decision about whether to buy it. Showing it in operation would have helped. For me this has not been helpful I'm sorry.
