In an ongoing effort to make my home smarter. I went out at got a good Tado Smart Radiator Thermostat starter kit. Rather expensive to get going with this. As you see in the video, this cost me $300,, so let’s see if that was Smart, or if I am just stupid 🙂

Even just 1$ a month, comes out to the same as Binge-watching like 400+ of me Videos every month.

My PlayHouse is a channel where i will show, what i am working on. I have this house, it is 168 Square Meters / 1808.3ft² and it is full, of half-finished projects.

I love working with heating, insulation, Servers, computers, Datacenter, green power, alternative energy, solar, wind and more. It all costs, but I’m trying to get the most out of my money, and my time.

Can you have a Master radiator valve or smart thermostat that control the other radiator valves? Ex. I have a radiator by the window and would like to control the temp. by another radiator valve in the middle of the room? Can I do that?

Great review, and there is question from my side, if I adjust at Tado APP from 25 degree to 20 degree, does the device "immediately receive" the command and implement the command to control the boiler?

Hi Morten, one important piece of information is missing. Or in any case I missed it. The radiator knob must be thermostatic. Otherwise it won’t work. Won’t work with ordinary old style radiator knobs.

I know very little, but would it help when setting room temperatures.
To create the name scheduled for each room.?
And p.s I would not link siri to the oven or toaster because her fuse sounds short. 😒

Just before Christmas, their was a power cut here.
1/2 hours long, it was the most helpless feeling in the word.
The only good thing was my land line telephone, / matches and Candlestick's.
That old purring dial tone was a musical delight. 😀

I have an idea of how you could create a shortcut for setting back to schedule. I don't use an iPhone anymore, but I think you might be able to find something of use in the Siri Shortcuts app.
