Let us know if there's anything in particular you'd like us to test on our Sony XF90 review sample. We won't take any questions on when the Dolby Vision firmware update will arrive. 😉

I originally got the TCL R615 (December ‘18) and DV/HDR looked stunning on it. When the X900F dropped in price $400 (January '19) I had to exchange it as surely the Sony $1000 more (additional cost) should blow the TCL away right? WRONG. DV and HDR on the 900F is super dim, dull, and total buzzkill. Don’t get me wrong though, the SDR on the 900F is absolutely stunning and I suspect the same SDR Demo at BB which made me buy it. But I will have to go back to the TCL unless anyone has settings to make the DV/HDR look closer to the SDR content this TV puts out? It really almost is literally night and day between the SDR and HDR on this TV…

Hello, I need your advice. I’m choosing between x850f 65” and x900f 55”. Both Price is the same. $1200. What’s better for family of three ? Of course I wanna buy bigger size but I think x900f has better quality of picture. And we will also use PS4 pro )

I got this TV about 2 days back and the settings you’re showing are very different from other “sites and sources” . Other sites use about the same settings and modes, I would like to know why yours differ so much from the rest? I always follow your unboxing and test videos but I’m seriously in doubt on what settings to use at this moment (you’re not using cinema pro / true cinema / expert 1 Color for instance?)

    Kind regards.

Saludos!!

HDTVteste, I need your help, I'm thinking of getting the x905f, but I need to know the distance in centimeters between one foot and the other foot of the TV to see if it fits in my rack, I'm suspicious that to fit I would have to fix the feet of the tv in the format facing the inside of the tv, you could measure and pass me how many centimeters you have?

Does anyone know by any chance how to fully turn this damn thing off?
When i just tap the on/off button on my remote it only goes into standby mode, it's not fully deactivated.
When i hold on/off button it just restarts.
How am i supposed to unplug the TV from the power outlet when it's not completely turned off?
    Please help.

P.S.: When holding on/off button and quickly tapping the button again when it says "preparing to shut down…" then it seems like the TV shuts down completely.
But sometimes this message isn't displayed and he just restarts… it's absolutely annoying.
Isn't there any other solution? :/
    Thanks!

I watched this video to see if I accidentally threw away my batteries for the remote. I didn't see any in this box either. I like the explanation to what some of this stuff does but I still don't know what to set the settings at as most of the time I don't know what I'm looking at.

I bought this tv in 65 inch. Have had it replaced 3 times, due to terrible clouding. Especially on YouTube and Netflix menu. Is it just me or am i expecting too much of fald?
