The only issue with this one that I see is the size. My wired doorbell is on a wall adjacent to the door. I would need to remove it and install a wireless doorbell on the door frame to face the street. The Ring fits on this frame, the Skybell does not. Only other option would be to use 3M tape on the actual door….which I guess would work.

horrible video image!! even worst customer service!! there are better products out there!!! buyers beware. The video color is totally off. although their video featuring the product shows this crisp color image that is NOT the case. the hue is TOTALLY skewed!!

Hi CNET, good review but the audio volume really needs improvement. This is not the first CNET video that I found to have this issue. Hope you can address this the soonest possible to avoid the same issue in the future. Thanks and keep up the good work.

All I would need to make this product the best, is if there was a button on I have to unlock the door. So, you can let in friends and family, without having to walk all the way to the front door. P.S. No I am NOT of lazy person.

Yet another crap product that relies on a remote server where if it goes down, then the product becomes useless. What guarantee do you have that those servers will be up even a year from now?
