The backwards compatible team has ceased work on working on porting Xbox 360 games to the Xbox One. This means that it is unlikely that we will get Skate 2 on the Xbox One, unfortunately.

please can anyone tell me why i found it on the store and i have the disc but i still cant install what the hell man. whenever i put in any other game in, it would either start up or pop up with an install option but i put skate 1 in and nothing at all happens like i didnt just put skate in. not even scratched

Microsoft doesn't have plans to make skate 2 back compat for the current Xbox generation as they have put out a list of last games becoming backwards compatible (skate 2 not included). But that doesn't mean that they won't do it in the future for their next generation console. That or there's a remaster or fingers crossed skate 4 on the horizon. Pure optimism though so take it with salt flat amount of salt

In my opinion Skate 1 was my favourite Skate game. The reason why this was because this was the first video game I ever bought. I got it on PS3 and didn't know how a real video game played so I didnt know any different and was very happy playing this game for a couple of years. I got really good at it and learnt all the tricks beat all the pros and had an amazing time. Waiting for this to install now and I am soo hyped.

Also if you want to get to the megapark there is a secret at the hospital where if you got to the corner where the ambulamces are it will ask you if you want to go to the top.

Microsoft announced that this batch of games would be the last batch of backwards compatible games for the Xbox One. So we're most likely not getting Skate 2 sadly. :/
