    I orderd a poco f1 from flipkart and it got delivered by 24/01/2019.  At first instance i faced a problem with speakers its not working properly and secondly i faced another problem like its not getting charged but it shows charging. Then i contacted flipkart For the replacement of the defected product and they send a technician to check my phone, and he approved the replacement. And i was waiting for the replacement of the product but suddenly they rejected my request( not showing the reason) and then again i contacted them to know about the reason for rejecting my request but they keep said that please wait for some days. Then i contacted yesterday (9/02/2019) and they made lame excuses like your replacement policy was over and they had nothing to do  and said that contact the service centre. But earlier one of the customer executive told me that there is no problem in the replacement policy.
