I am trying to use a rule…… When… it is a fixed time of a day…… but it is not triggering the role. NTP binding is already installed, should I install or setup something else?

Hi Kai. In the module list I can see Netatmo. I own both Netatmo thermostat as well as weather station. Will I be able to control both of them?
I have no Rules section in my paper gui, do I need to enable it somehow?
