Even though we often speak about LG and Samsung in the same breath, LG only has 4% of global market share while Samsung has 22% (according to Counterpoint). Given how good LG phones are, the question is why? Let's hear your thoguhts.

Why people dont consider LG smartphones !!! In fact LG is the manufacturer to produce first dual core processor, first quad core core processor, first to produce wide angle lens, first to produce 2k dispaly on a smartphone…why peoples will go for the copycat samsung phones..samsung will copies from all manufacturers…

Posting this from my LG G7 thinQ. I have been using Lgs' since G2 to G7. This phone is the best LG ever. I love it, no complains at all. Nice camera, battery life is okay lasts full day, audio is amazing, design is the best the company has ever produced, those who complain about the notch is because they haven't used a phone with it, the notch is a beauty. Buy it guys, you won't regret

LG NO UPDATES what the heck. Supposedly LG G6 was a flagship phone Oreo didn't come until after i moved with the Note 8 and gave the lg g6 to my daughter. Needless to say I did buy the LG G7 Because for the money [500.00 on TMOBILE] theres no real competition. 6T you say? 580.00 1 year warranty compared to two for LG. 1080 screen compared to QHD for LG .. 6T no water proofing and no Wireless charging. Cameras are a toss up. 6T over the LG only in 8 gigs vs 4 and 128 vs 64………. but the 128 is erased by? the SD card that LG has but the 6t doesnt. Rumor has it that LG will update faster.. we shall sQQ.

I have an S9 now, when the time comes I'm switching to the g7. I hate the infinity screen and the phone and camera are way over hyped. If you cared about doing a fair comparison you would compare the plus to the V40. I've had iPhones, Motorola's, Nokia's and my phone before this was a Kyocera Duraforce pro. I liked that phone better than the S9.

I used to hate Android but recently i buy LG G7 plus Thinq and believe me that i was stunned to see the speed and smoothness of LG G7.
The best Android machine so far.
If anyone buys this mobile reading my comment and later repent to buy it then i am ready to refund him.
And it was Samsung which make me to hate Android.

IMO Samsung bloatware including Bixby which is horrible and ther stupid/fragile edge display design and the better audio of the G7 is why I purchased LG. Not to mention the G7 is in the same price range, even a little less expensive to the S9, and it is being compared to the S9 +.

If you are going to go with a Samsung, go Note 9 as S Pen changes user experience. Otherwise I would take G7 or V40 over either the Galaxy S9 or S9 +.

I own lg g7 but i know the problem of lg in past bootloop which is happened with me and second software update which not promising long-lasting. If lg promising regular updates then lg will be 1st in global markets.

I have heard from people before that LG phones are great especially the G 7, however it's still not as good as Samsung Galaxy S 9 or S 9 +. I love my Samsung S 7 but I have considered trying out the LG G 7. After seeing all these G 7 videos I think I might just stick to Samsung since they're very similar in some ways. Almost any phone is better than Apple's iPhones. I don't like anything that is from Apple. I have also heard the one plus 6 is a great phone too.
