Thanks for the review man, very helpful and I'm 100% dwn with your opinion, made much sense to me. Sold my galaxy s9 and gonna buy the LG G7 as well. My reason was also the annoying edge display, very fragile and useless imho. Don't mind the dislikes, they're all samsung fanboys who have never used other devices. Thanks again for the content!

S9+ doesn't have wallpaper scrolling, i found out yesterday from a friend who owns it, which is a major deal breaker for me. I come from lg g3 and i am accustomed to that. I'm very big on having high resolution, popping images and i find it incredible that an expensive phone like the S9 doesn't have that. I always took scrolling as a given. The lg G7 ofc has it and i will be buying it very soon. For it's pixel density, high res screen, DAC also. The V30 is also a potential choice

Great phone pick up 2 of these beauties for $800 CAD each. I got the 6g 128 gb international versions unlocked really worth it. LG phones are so underrated. I have had google phones samsungs sony huwei blackberries and iphones etc. Sufice to say lg phones do get software updates they have improved a lot. They have become my favourite brand. They are a hidden jem of sorts. I forgot to mention I just got updates to Android 9. What is not to love =)

From my perspective, the way LG design their V and G series are simply helpful to people like me who have been enjoying double tap on the rockers to access memo+ and camera without having to turn my phone on, immediately. There are some features I don't find it in other phones. LG should go with smarter marketing to let everyone knows about them all as they are mostly useful for day to day use. Thanks for making the video. I'm using amd enjoying v30+ btw.

How will be the Android updates wheb you get a Phone from a Phone Network Provider?
I never buy a phone from a Phone Netwirk Procider! U only buy Phones with a neutral Android Firmware/System that comes from the Phone Manufacture (LG, Samsung…)

You gave up the most important thing on a smart phone battery life. Before I buy a phone I look at a bunch of reviews from all top reviewers on YouTube, the bad thing is none of them even mentioned this phone, that should tell you something. Lg is
not even in top 10 anymore in smartphone sales. Don't need to say anymore. There's about 30 phones I would have picked before this one. They can't give these phones away. Getting rid of the s9 plus was a smart move you just picked another bad phone.
