Do you know of any 3rd party Apple TV app that can control HomeKit accessories?
It would be nice to be able to control HomeKit accessories via an app on the Apple TV.
Apple TV can already control HomeKit accessories via Siri but there's no Apple Home app available yet.

Thats good you got it working What if you was not at home Risky relying on Apple to get it right…… Found that it only gets it right 5 times out of 9…. think if you turned on the heating and got home and home was cold but our dinner burnt the kitchen… not a good idea A

Hi there, Since i watch your video, I purchased a Apple TV4 and have siri working remotely with a VeraHomeKit Bridge to my Veralite and EVE app. It was great.

BUT after a day, I was not able to access it remotely anymore. Do you have any suggestion. Thanks In Advance. Jacky

My question: did you use any hubs to make this work? I've read that the Apple TV 4 can function as such, so theoretically you wouldn't need any other bridge / hub. So every product by the supporting manufacturers (Philips Hue, Insteon, August and more) should work with an iPhone with iOS 10 and Apple TV 4 with tvOS 10, right? Otherwise we would need a dozen hubs for every different smart product lineup.

Oddly, I have our 4th gen Apple TV set up on the correct iCloud account, but nothing works. The TV Siri just says she can't find any devices. It's really weird. All of our iPads and iPhones work fine. No idea why the TV fails.
