It is possible that this only works on the TV's with Google Chromecast built into them which makes the other smart TV's incapable of having the play store installed on them. It also appears that this will work only on an Android TV and not all smart TV's. He needs to remove the part about Smart TV and change it to Android tV so as not to waste our time.

It's a base operational situation. Once it's working 100% with Skype, Zoom, Duo, ect then it's worth noting.
