First two weeks with my Parrot Bebop Drone – original HD footage and some crashes (pilot error)

I am controlling it with a HTC One (M7) using Freeflight 3.2 and firmware 1.33. A selection of clips from the first couple of weeks with my Parrot Bebop Drone including some crashes caused by Pilot error. Generally very impressed with it so far, although I wouldn’t fly it in high winds. It is though remarkably stable even in a moderate breeze. The range I’m getting is about 120 meters with the phone on an open field. I find flying it beyond 100 meters can make it a little difficult to see.

Be very careful flying The Bebop Parrot Drone any place where you can not retrieve it if I was you, I lost all wifi connection to the drone from the controller and also from the app.Return home never responded and the drone has now gone, stuck now with the controller and no drone. Also had video quality problems, convinced it is not 1080p quality but Parrot were not helpful.

I definitely recommend getting the sky controller for this drone. It extends the range to a little more than two miles and it is so much easier to control.
