Good support is most certainly an asset. But outside of a defect when the box can be replaced under warranty, I just can't see that justifying almost double the price for like-kind boxes with the same specs. OTA is another great thing, I know, but still. Not a good value in comparison, IMO. Shame too, I like the company.

Thanks for the great review, I am interested to buy New TV box but all the TV boxes from 2017 in same level with small improvement, I have beelink GT1 Ultimate and when I compare with the new TV boxes I don't find the reason to buy one!

The S905X2 and the Mali G31 are a cheaper to build chip, that was supposed to bring the price point down, not up ! This chip is equivalent to a fire stick, that cost way less,. At $95 dollars, that's crazy; I have never been able to understand why everything that Entertainment Box makes is so expensive, at least this box is up to date with Android 8.1, I'm surprised they are usually behind.
