NES Mini and Genesis Mini are disappointments, because too many important games are missing. For example, no Duck Tales and no Batman on NES Mini, two of the best NES games ever. Even more crazy, no Sonic 3 and no Sonic & Knuckles on Genesis Mini, these were system sellers. Therefore I never even considered buying these two consoles.

I have the SNES, tg-16, and just got a used Genesis mini.
I skipped the ps1 for obvious reasons, and the NES as well, since I have all NES games on a Dreamcast disc.
The SNES and tg-16 units are just flat out awesome, the Genesis was disappointing because of the controller and a lot of games I don't really care for, and none of the games I did like except for ghouls n ghosts.

I bought a SNES Classic 2 years ago and it was definitely the best purchase I ever made. Then I started getting curious about the mini Genesis cuz I didn't experience that console or even knew it existed (we got the SNES by default) so I bought one last week and it's easily the second best purchase I ever made.

I like the turbo grafx 16, but metal Jesus didn't mention a lot of the games aren't English translated. I was really disappointed that I could not play The Snatcher in English.
