[4K] Marvel's Spider Man – PS4 vs. PS4 Pro Graphics Comparison & PS4 Frame Rate Test

GameStar PCs | Gaming PCs & Notebooks:
Here is my graphics comparison for Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4 vs. PS4 Pro – I added a frame rate test, but it’s for PS4 only because I am struggling with 4K lossless capturing. The differences are not so huge, as far as I could notice. Main difference is resolution, I also noticed some slight improvements with reflection quality. Good thing is, that you can turn on and off Motion Blur, Chromatic Aberration and Film Grain. For most of the comparison scenes I turned all effects off to get a clearer image.

EDIT: resolution is dynamic, PS4: 1080p, sometimes 900p / PS4 Pro around 1440p up to 2000p. The thing is u need a 4 k screen to see in 4K, I used to have a 1080p tv, now I have 4K and there is a huge difference, you can’t really find the difference on a 1080p screen

You're not going to notice it on a day-to-day basis either though so it's not really going to matter the PlayStation 5 is going to be released next year and it probably won't have this problem it all depends on your internet though too just because it's at 900 to 1080p sometimes it can be at 1080p all the time on PS4 standard PS4 it all depends on your internet like me I have Spectrum internet and it's always at 1080p never drops any frames maybe he's on. AT&T that could be why for his FPS my FPS is still at 30 all the time with spectrum and I have the standard PS4 and it's perfectly fine it never drops any frames because I'm able to check the frames per second as I'm playing a game and it never drops ever and like I said I have Spectrum internet so I have a 1000 megabytes per second downloads and everything

The Playstation 4 doesn't usually do that it all depends on your internet that's probably because your internet is bad on the PlayStation 4 or just in general the PlayStation 4 Pro probably does that because it's built in that way but the PlayStation 4 wouldn't do that if your internet wasn't bad even if your internet was bad on the PS4 Pro and it wasn't doing that it would do that if your internet was bad it's all based on your internet
